AAC Block plant layout:
1.Plan of AAC plant.
1.1 The factory covers an area of 13000m², or according to the actual situation.
1.2 There are raw material storage area, finished products storage area and
manufacture area.
The productive process is divided into raw material processing, scaled material
pouring, rest-curing, cutting, autoclave etc.
1.3 It will take 4 months to build the plant, including: foundation, installment,
debugging, trial-produce, producing.
1.4 60*40*5m Workshop size: 60x40x5m.
2.Raw material.
2.1 Fly ash(get from power station) or river sand or mineral sand.
2.2 Cement.(also use bulk cement)
3.3 Quicklime, phosphor gypsum, aluminum powder(obtained at local).
3.Water, electric, steam supplied
3.1 Water supply: well supplied self-provided or use waste water.
3.2 Electric supply:1set of 200~1000kv transformer.
3.3 Steam supply:1~2set of boiler (4~6ton), which will supply the steam to
autoclave and curing-room.

4.3 Shrinkage rate: less than 0.8mm/m.
4.4 Heat conduction system: 0.11-0.22Kcal/m.h.

5.Advantage of productions.
5.1 Light weight.
The aac brick weight is usually at 500-700kg/m, only equal to 1/4-1/5 of clay brick or 1/5 of concrete brick. The aac brick is less 40% than the concrete in weight of buildings.
5.2 Good heat insulation quality
The coefficient of heat conductivity is at 1/6 of common concrete. The heat insulation quality is better
than the clay brick wall building with thickness of 240mm.
5.3 Good anti-seismic capability.
With light weight, good overall performance, less inertia force in earthquake.
5.4 Good processability.
The aac brick has good processability and convenient and flexible for construction, which could be
cut, dig, nailed, millinged, drilled.
5.5 With good thermostability.
Under 600°C, compression strength of the aac brick will be increased. At 600°C, the compression strength will approach its normal temperature’s. The fireproof performance
reaches first grade of fire protection standard.
5.6 Good sound insulation.
The aac brick has many porous which will absorb the sound
5.7Good adaptability.
The aac brick could be produced according to local raw materials. The river sand, fly ash, ore sand
could be used as raw materials. The waste also could be used as raw materials.
